SUMMARY:Salisbury Forum Features Political Polling
DESCRIPTION:Salisbury Forum Features Political Polling\n  \nDo you sometimes wonder how political polling is done? What is the methodology and accuracy in predicting voter behavior? Douglas Schwartz, Director of Polling for Quinnipiac University, will be the speaker at the Salisbury Forum on Friday, October 18.  He will discuss the methodology of public opinion polls, provide insight into their accuracy and usefulness in predicting voter behavior, and reveal what the polling is showing about the upcoming 2020 elections. As Director of Polling, Dr. Schwartz is responsible for the prestigious poll’s methodology and all aspects of the survey process from conception through analysis. He began his career as an associate with the CBS News election and survey unit and as an election night analyst for the 60 Minutes correspondent Ed Bradley.\n \nThe Salisbury Forum’s “Polling and the 2020 Election” will begin at 7:30 at Housatonic\nValley Regional High School, Route 7, Falls Village, CT.  A Q&A session will follow the presentation.   Admission is free and open to everyone.
