Donations appreciated, via cash, check, or online.\n\nPlease join us for a fun-filled day for families and help us save farmland for farmers! We will have a raffle, bake sale, kids activities, refreshments and more! All proceeds to benefit the Harry Conklin Fund for Farmsteads, an affiliate of the Berkshire Community Land Trust, raising awareness and donations to help farmers gain access to affordable farmland AND housing.\n\nConcert and Fund for Farmsteads info: farms@berkshirecommunitylandtrust.org\n\nWhen Colfax Farm lost its lease in 2021 it highlighted the land insecurity faced by many Berkshire farmers who are essential to shaping a resilient local food system in a time of climate change. The Harry Conklin Fund for Farmsteads was formed in response. Through community donations, the fund acquires farmland to lease to a local farmer for growing and housing.  The first leaseholder will be Molly Comstock of Colfax Farms.
