With a busy daily schedule, many can find it difficult to get to a gym to complete their weekly workouts. As such, it can be a good option to find online resources that you can use either on your phone, laptop, or TV to get your fitness journey on its way, as well as save on time and gym membership fees.

Whether you’re in search of cardio, strength training, yoga, Pilates, or any other kind of workout to get your body moving, there are plenty of free resources that you can access in the app store and on YouTube. While this is by no means a comprehensive list, below are some resources that may be helpful to kickstart your home health journey and keep you on track.

Apps

The Nike Training Club is free and the content is wide-ranging. From HIIT to yoga to bodyweight strength, the Nike Training Club app allows you to work out when you want, how you want. The Hybrid Health Club app comes to you from trainer Bex Hunter.
