It’s the perfect color for an early spring day and longer nights, and it’s one of the most food-friendly wines there is. A great choice for any occasion is the Bertrand Cote des Rose. It’s a beautiful wine in a beautiful bottle. The blend is Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault made with grapes grown in the Languedoc region of southern France, where sunshine is plentiful. You’ll taste it in the fresh red fruit notes that linger in this crisp and fresh wine. Be sure to give it a good sniff before tasting it, too, as the bouquet is full of flowers.
