It’s New York State’s Wolffer Estate Summer in a Bottle Rose. A blend of 8 grapes, the wine is a lovely pale pink in color with a soft, fruity nose, and an explosion of flavor notes ranging from strawberry to honeysuckle to apricot to lychee, with a bright acidity that makes it the perfect pairing with almost anything.
