I received copies of the November issue of Main Street Magazine in the mail the other day, and among the many other great reads, I saw the piece I wrote about Neverstill Wines. It inspired me to open one of the bottles I bought after doing the wonderful tasting there in Hudson. It was the Chenin Blanc. What a treat! This wine is really delightful. Crisp and citrusy but not tangy, with some floral notes, it’s bright and beautifully balanced and every sip makes you want to come back for more. I enjoyed it with a meal of pork chops, fingerling potatoes, and roasted peppers, and it was the star of the show. I’ll have to get back to Neverstill to keep myself in stock on that one! And to enjoy the tasting room experience there. Cheers!
