Hey furriends – it’s your favfurrite furry felines again. We’re more than halfway through the month of June and we’ve been working hard…being emotional support animals that is. Fur those of you who might not know, our Papa (Mom’s Dad) passed away in January. They aren’t kitten when they say grief comes in waves. (Who are they, by the way?) We’ve been there fur Mom through all the good and bad days and have been working overfurr time this month. Joey, do you care to elaborate fur our readers?

June has been a toughie fur Mom. Papa’s burial was last weekend, his birthday would’ve been June 16th, and Father’s Day is in a pawful of days. Needless to say Mom is ready fur June to be ovefurr with and summer to start. To help Mom through the hard days we’ve been spending extra time snuggling with her. Not to pat ourselves on the back, but Mom’s tears come to a halt as soon as we enter Mom’s purresence. Aren’t I right Stella?

You sure are Josephfurr! I even go the extra mile and suggest we share some snacks together. Joey isn’t much of a table scraps kinda guy but Mom and I like to share a nice bowl of popcorn. Mom will take a piece and then give me a tiny piece. This goes on until the bowl is polished off, then we snuggle up and watch a good documentary. Most recently we watched Hulk Hogan Real American on Netflix. That one was purretty good, but right meow we are starting to watch Michael Jackson The Verdict. Drop Mom a line of other documentaries we should check out.

That’s nice Stella Bella, but I think I have you beat when it comes to making Mom feel better. You can ask any crazy cat lady – there is no better way to fall asleep at night than a cat snuggled up nose to nose with their human, purring them to sleep. That’s me. I am that cat.
