Show of paws who has their Halloween costumes picked out. Last year Stella and I were just little babies and weren’t allowed to leave the house to go Trick-or-Treating so this year we really wanted to make up fur it. Fur my big debut costume I’m torn between two different costumes and hope you can help me decide once and fur all. My first pick is a cowboy outfit (to match the southern draw my humans gave me). The runner up is a big scary bear costume. Why a bear you ask? Because my full government name is Josephfur Bear, or as Mom and Ellie often call me, Mr. Bear fur short. Purrhaps I could combine the two looks? Yeah! I’ll be a southern bear. Thanks fur talking that one through with me. Oh, and in case you are wondering, Stellie picked out a Posh Spice costume furrom the iconic Spice Girls (to match her supposed British accent, naturally).
Now that we have the costumes figured out, I’d like to discuss your favorite candy – everyone has one. Mom’s are peanut M&M’s, Dad is all about the Swedish Fish, and Ellie…well, she actually doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth (strange, I know) but I guess if she had to pick it would be a cotton candy flavored lollipop. Just like my big sister, I too like lollipops…but the BONKERS Purrpops. The freeze dried tuna and salmon flavor really hits the spot! That’s what I’ll be on the lookout fur. Paws crossed everfurryone is stocked up!
Isn’t there a saying that goes along with Trick-or-Treating? I’m not positive of the actual jingle, but this is what I plan on saying as I paw door to door, “Trick-or-Treat, smell my toe beans, give me a BONKERS lolli-pop to eat.”
