Labor Day weekend already?? Can we turn back the hands of time and get some more of August before the real busyness of the next few months settles in? It’s possible to do it in your glass, if not in reality. My way of thinking summer will last forever? Rosé! No matter the time of year or the occasion, rosé is a winner. Go full-out Provence, France, this weekend with the lovely and delicious M de Minuty. Taste why the wine critic Natalie McLean awarded this wine 93 points, saying, “M de Minuty from Côtes de Provence is a beautifully refined, light to medium-bodied rosé  blended from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and the rare local variety Tibouren, pouring a luminous pale copper in the glass and revealing an elegant bouquet of crushed raspberry blossom, ripe apricot, fresh fennel, sun-dried tangerine, and a distinctive thread of chalky coastal minerality.” I’ll add, “C’est magnifique!” Long live summer.
