I know several people who are headed off to vacation next week, another reminder that summer is coming to an end. Summer is my favorite season, so to keep those vibes going, I’m turning to a bottle of Mirabeau’s Forever Summer Rose. This wine is a winner in so many ways – first, that it keeps the summer vibes going for me; second, that it’s French, and it’s hard to beat that; third, that it has that beautiful sunset-y color that makes even looking at a glass of rose such a treat; and last, but not least, it tastes as good as its vibes and looks set it up to be. It’s light, smooth, and bright with lingering flavors of raspberry and cassis. It can be paired with just about anything, too. I think I’ll stock up so that it’ll be Forever Summer in my house even as the days get shorter and cooler. Cheers!
