A nice glass of wine…in fact, make it a bottle!!
Well, the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival, which has been an annual event at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck for the past 18 years, won’t be welcoming people to the grounds this year, but they have organized the event online.
It’s the first ever Virtual HVWFF, and you can log into it from the comfort of wherever you are, peruse the vendors, and buy your favorite wines. There’s a festive feel to the website, and many messages about looking forward to a live event again in 2021. Most of all, there are some wonderful offerings of hard-to-find bottles from lots of New York wineries, distilleries, and cideries.
