I don’t really have much say about what’s on TV as it’s basically just background noise during my catnaps. However, Mom’s been hogging the TV more than usual lately, or should I say binge watching as she calls it, “scripted reality love TV”. In no purrticular order her go to’s are Married At Furrst Sight, Love Island, Too Hot To Handle, Love Is Blind, 90 Day Fiance, and The Bachelor.

If you haven’t watched any of them yet, allow me to give you the Sparknotes on them. Love Island and Too Hot To Handle are the definition of scripted reality TV. I have to agree with Mom on this one. “It’s so bad, that is good!” Hopeless romantics ultimately trying to find love without crossing boundaries and breaking their pawtners’ trust. Married at Furrst Site is actually as the name of the show. I just want to know why you want to actually marry a complete stranger and be legally bound to them? Talk about a trainwreck you can’t help but watch. 90 Day Fiance (and all of their spin offs) are simply amusing to watch. Marrying someone from another country and watching cultures clash all within 90 days on a spousal visa is definitely interesting to watch. As fur The Bachelor, well, you’ve heard me talk about this before. Afterall Mom claims she started Bachelor Nation. We are both supurr pumped fur Thursday night. The Golden Bachelor and Bachelor In Paradise are starting!
