Hooray for May! Bring on the blooms. Tulips are out, lilacs are close behind, and pansies are peeking their pretty heads out of planters everywhere. What a great time of year! AND the Kentucky Derby is on Saturday. To celebrate, my Wine of the Week is Brilla Rose Prosecco. Everything about this wine is fun and fresh. The bottle is beautiful with a sparkly pink label. The wine itself is a lovely shade of pale pink. And it tastes as good as it looks, with notes of red fruit, apple, and citrus. It’s zingy and pretty and perfect.
