Easter Review
Top of the afternoon to ya! (Sorry, my Mom’s ridiculous fake British accent is contagious!) I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. I tried staying awake to catch a glimpse of the rabbit, but as the saying goes, he was ‘quick like a bunny!’ Better luck next year I guess.
The Easter Bunny outdid himself again this year. I got my favfurrite bag of pawty mix and Ellie has been kind enough to share some of her goodies with me, too.
The bike and accessories I’ll leave to Ellie – they aren’t really my speed, if you know what I mean. I am however a huge fan of the fishing pole. It came with this cool purractice fish so when Ellie casts the line; I get to chase after it as she reels it in. Candy Land is a blast too. We play it evfurry night. At furrst I tried moving the pawns with my teef but Mom didn’t want me to leave a purrminent mark on the game. Now Ellie and I have a good rhythm going. She picks the cards and I move the pawns with my pitty-paws. It’s all about the teamwork! My purrsonal favorites are snuggling up with the dragon stuffed animal while Mom reads us the new Dr. Seuss book. Learning my ABC’s has nevfurr been so fun…fur Ellie.
While we are on the topic of the Easter Bunny, would you like to hear a little secret? I ovefurrheard Mom and Dad telling Ellie he and Santa Paws are best furriends! Who knew?! I wonder if they share a toy workshop together? If I find out the answers I’ll be sure to let you know.
Until then, ta ta fur now!
