A live late winter poetry reading to declare approaching spring

The Winter Nights Poetry Ramble will feature Jim Kelleher from Litchfield, Jan Conn from Great Barrington,  and Charles Rafferty from Sandy Hook  Connecticut. This is the second  reading in  the series presented by the Scoville Memorial Library highlighting a few of our local and regional poets.  The reading is designed as a respite from everyday concerns and the isolation of Covid and is a celebration of the spirit and the literary arts. The three poets combined have written two dozen books, mostly poetry but also fiction.  Suggested prompts for listeners include relaxing in a  comfortable chair, lighting a fire, having  a glass of wine or port  or herbal tea in hand  or and enjoying.  The program is presented on Zoom and registration is required at scovillelibrary.org or the following link
