Feather

Beautiful Feather is a 14 year old, petite cat who is as sweet as can be.  She was given up by an elderly owner who could no longer care for her.  Feather is very social and she loves both people and other cats.  She has a thyroid condition that requires her to take pills, but she has no problem taking them because she loves the extra attention she gets. Feather has asked for a quieter home where she can attach herself to one or two people and maybe another cat or two.  And attach herself she will–she will be your complete cuddle-bug!

If you are interested in adopting Feather , or any of our other available pets, please visit the adopt page at www.dcspca.org. To meet one of our pets, you must have an approved adoption application on file. Those with approved applications can visit the shelter Wednesday through Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.

Founded in 1871, Dutchess County SPCA is celebrating 150 years of helping the animals of our region.
