Founded in 1871, Dutchess County SPCA is one of the oldest SPCAs in the country.  It is a no-kill shelter, and the only animal welfare organization in Dutchess County chartered to enforce humane law.  Dutchess County SPCA is not a governmental agency, nor is it affiliated with the ASPCA.  It is an independent charity, funded almost entirely by private donations. https://www.dcspca.org

Jasmine

Jasmine is a 1 ½ year old, 38lb sweetheart (about the size of a Min Pin) with lots of youthful energy who loves to play and would be a great hiking buddy. She enjoys spending time with other dogs as much as she loves humans. After a fun day of chasing balls and exploring the yard, she just wants to get cozy with her person. Will you be the one to give Jasmine the forever home she’s been longing for?
