It’s time to commit to drinking pink again. Rose is so often the just-right wine of choice for every day meals and get-togethers. I love that Rose is crisp and bright on the palate with hints of strawberry and melon on the finish. It’s a great food wine. Whether you’re grilling chicken, indulging in mac-n-cheese, or grabbing a sandwich to-go for dinner — there are lots of great choices. One of my favorites is La Vielle Ferme. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah, this is a classic Provencale rose and it delivers. Lots of red berry notes on the nose with the vivacious snap on the palate that brings the wine alive. Beautifully balanced and delightful in every way — and so affordable! Here’s to drinking pink. Cheers!
