ORGANIZATION
The shelter is located on Route 9G also known as Violet Avenue. From Route 9 (either the North or South), turn on to St. Andrews Road (also known as County Route 40A). Follow the road to end at the intersection of 9G. Turn right and make an immediate left into the shelter. The Adoption & Education Center is on the right. Turn left and travel to the end of the parking lot for the Medical Clinic and Intake Center. From the North, follow 9G south, we are ½ mile past Eleanor Roosevelt’s Valkill Estate on the left. From the South, follow 9G north, we are ½ mile from St. Peter’s Church on the right.

Thursday: 12 – 7 pm
Friday: 12 – 5 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12 – 5 pm

Let’s Make Home Happen for Toby!
If you look up cuddly in a dictionary, Toby’s photo is posted as an example. He is very snuggly and loving. He would be content to sit on your lap or next to you for hours and hours.
Due to a congenital defect, Toby is blind, but he can get around okay once he knows his surroundings. He lived with another cat named Timmy who is also at the DCSPCA.
If you are interested in adopting Toby, or any of our other available pets, please visit the Dutchess County SPCA at 636 Violet Avenue in Hyde Park.
