The fact that the summer of 2020 will go down as one of the strangest in recent memory hasn’t stopped Salisbury Connecticut’s Noble Horizons — one of the area’s leaders in elder care — from encouraging locals to capture their favorite seasonal moments. In a campaign dubbed Picture your Best Summer, the renowned Noble community has attracted local photographers from across the area in capturing the very best of what summer has to offer in the Tri-Corner region.
