Founded in 1871, Dutchess County SPCA is one of the oldest SPCAs in the country.  It is a no-kill shelter, and the only animal welfare organization in Dutchess County chartered to enforce humane law.  Dutchess County SPCA is not a governmental agency, nor is it affiliated with the ASPCA.  It is an independent charity, funded almost entirely by private donations. https://www.dcspca.org

Roki

Friendly and fun 9-month-old Roki was part of a transport of more than 100 at-risk dogs from overcrowded shelters in Alabama and Louisiana. A sweet and happy German Shepherd mix, Roki just wants to find a human BFF who will return his unconditional love. He is looking for a forever family who enjoys taking him for walks and playing with him in the yard.
