The Otis Feed

Purrdon me fur giving you the stink eye, but are you kitten me right meow? I can’t not believe we are bidding farewell to summer. I don’t know about you, but I have mixed feelings about this. I’m certainly going to miss basking in the windowsill sun but, then again, my summer bod was nevfurr really summer ready. I guess there’s always next year, right?

My family is away this week for their final summer hoorah. Ellie kept saying something about the beach. Better them than me. I’m purrsonally looking forward to some alone time. I’ve been dying to catch up on my soap operas! I wonder what Victor Newman is up to these days?

Purrhaps I’ll even have some of my furriends over. Ya know, my grandpurrents. I bet ya they’ll spoil me rotten with extra turkey and paw-ty mix. And I just might sleep through the night. Dad won’t be home for me to annoy in the wee morning hours, so might as well get some extra beauty sleep in.

I am howevfurr looking forward to sweater weather, or as I like to call it, blankie weather. There’s nothing better then snuggling up on the couch with your favfurrite blankie, and catnapping until you’re little hearts content. Halloween isn’t too far off. I guess it’s time to start thinking about what I should dress up as? Of course Thanksgiving will follow. This year I’m extra thankful fur having some teeth left to eat turkey! And last, but defiantly not least, Santa Paws will come to town. I already have a slight list going.
