Harry Conklin Fund for Farmsteads Concert Series: Acorn Toy Shop Family Friendly Fundraiser

No entry fee. Donations appreciated, via cash, check, or online.
Please join us for a fun-filled day for families and help us save farmland for farmers! We will have a raffle, bake sale, kids activities, refreshments and more! All proceeds to benefit the Harry Conklin Fund for Farmsteads, an affiliate of the Berkshire Community Land Trust, raising awareness and donations to help farmers gain access to affordable farmland AND housing.

When Colfax Farm lost its lease in 2021 it highlighted the land insecurity faced by many Berkshire farmers who are essential to shaping a resilient local food system in a time of climate change. The Harry Conklin Fund for Farmsteads was formed in response. Through community donations, the fund acquires farmland to lease to a local farmer for growing and housing. The first leaseholder will be Molly Comstock of Colfax Farms. Donations made at this concert will go directly to help save Berkshire farmland and find a new home for Molly Comstock and Colfax Farm.
