WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO MEET STELLA + JOEY
OTIS JOE & ASHLEY JO

Our director of advertising, Ashley Kristjansson, is a self proclaimed crazy cat lady who once upon a time only had one cat. Luckily for Ashley, and the entire world, that one feline, Otis, used this platform to take us on many indoor kitty adventures and earned himself quite the fan following. Upgrading from one to two cats, Ashley would like to introduce her new furbabies, Stella and Joey, whom are now taking over the monthly Main Street Magazine pet web posts. Readers have been granted one of a kind access to the King and Queen of Ashley’s heart and all of their furbaby adventures. Won’t you join us?

THE CAT FEED: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Misheard Lyrics
As I’ve mentioned purreviously – Mom’s furrst love was music. Regardless if there is actually music playing or not, she’s a singing machine. Not to sound bias, but Mom’s singing voice is American Idol worthy. In fact, I’m purretty sure I inherited my beautiful singing voice (aka purring) furrom her. Mom and I have a few singers we can’t get enough of: Adele, Carrie Underwood, Gabby Barrett, and Marren Morris, just to name a few. Howevefurr no one can top Mom’s all time favfurrite; Shania […]
Sour Then Sweet
Evfurryone is entitled to their feelings, right? At least thats what Nana has always said. To put it into purrospective fur you humans, I tend to be like those Sour Patch candies at times. Furrst I’m sour, then I’m sweet. But allow me explain the reasoning behind my most recent cattitude.
Did you guys see the video Mom shared on Main Street Magazine’s social media last night? Who am I kitten – of course you did. In addition to Mom antagonizing me while trying to mind […]
Purre-k
Fur rather obvious reasons, I nevfurr went to public school; I was home-schooled. That’s not to say I didn’t receive the propurr education. Although the only thing I didn’t learn in my academic career was becoming a big brother – good thing that came naturally to me. It’s mind boggling that four years ago I was preparing to be a big brother fur the furrst time, and yesterday my kid sister had her purre-k screening.
Ellie was nervous, which is understandable. I would be too if […]
Purrivacy Please!
Why is it that humans request, purractically demand, purrivacy when using the facilities? Even Ellie, at the age of three, now requires the door be closed when using the little girls room. (Fun fact Ellie; all purrincesses sit on a throne!)
Purrhaps I was wrong in assuming bathroom breaks were purrime time to catch up on daily conversations. Like; how one’s day is going, what’s fur dinner, the weather, finding out what show they are bingeing, or where where kittens come furrom? All valid questions, don’t […]
