WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO MEET STELLA + JOEY
OTIS JOE & ASHLEY JO

Our director of advertising, Ashley Kristjansson, is a self proclaimed crazy cat lady who once upon a time only had one cat. Luckily for Ashley, and the entire world, that one feline, Otis, used this platform to take us on many indoor kitty adventures and earned himself quite the fan following. Upgrading from one to two cats, Ashley would like to introduce her new furbabies, Stella and Joey, whom are now taking over the monthly Main Street Magazine pet web posts. Readers have been granted one of a kind access to the King and Queen of Ashley’s heart and all of their furbaby adventures. Won’t you join us?

THE CAT FEED: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Woodchucks
Hi furriends! How has your week been? I’ve been supurr busy practicing my woodchuck hunting skills. We’ve had woodchucks at our house befurr, but we seem to have an entire village living under our deck recently. Purrhaps that’s a little dramatic – we only have three. But that’s three more than Dad purrfurrs to have living under the deck. He’s been successful in catching one with the Havahart trap but the other two are taunting Dad. Evfurry time they are close to the trap, Dad […]
Happy Anniversary
July 6th is a very special date in our household (in case you couldn’t already tell by Mom’s license plate). Can you believe Mom and Dad became official sixteen years ago today? To put it into purrspective, that’s literally half of Mom’s lifetime – making them true high school sweethearts. And nine years ago today, they tied the knot, vowing to love each other fur all eternity. Unfurrtunately, cats weren’t allowed to their furry-tail wedding, but Mom’s pawsome photoshop skills indicate otherwise.
Mom and Dad are a purrfect […]
When The Family’s Away…
Mom, Dad, and Ellie just took a trip to Iceland; purrimarly to visit family. Surpurrise surpurrise, they left me home alone fur an entire week with the exception of a daily visit furrom Nana around suppurr time.
I’m usually on my very best behavior when I’m home alone. I try to be mindful of the amount of fur I leave behind. I know how hard Mom works to keep the house spotless. On the occasion I see a bug in the house, I’m always polite and nevfurr kill it. […]
Becoming A Purrfessional
This might come as surpurrise to some of you; but I feel like it’s time to finally come clean and tell the truth now that we’re 146 posts in. I’m not really a writer, nor do claim to be or think this would be the purrfect purrofession fur me. In between catnaps recently, I’ve been giving it a lot of thought as to what I want to be when I grow up. Depending on how you look at it, I’m going to be 13 in […]
