WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO MEET STELLA + JOEY

OTIS JOE & ASHLEY JO

Our director of advertising, Ashley Kristjansson, is a self proclaimed crazy cat lady who once upon a time only had one cat. Luckily for Ashley, and the entire world, that one feline, Otis, used this platform to take us on many indoor kitty adventures and earned himself quite the fan following. Upgrading from one to two cats, Ashley would like to introduce her new furbabies, Stella and Joey, whom are now taking over the monthly Main Street Magazine pet web posts. Readers have been granted one of a kind access to the King and Queen of Ashley’s heart and all of their furbaby adventures. Won’t you join us?

The Pawlidays are Stressing ME-OWT!

One might think that just because I’m an indoor kitty, my pawliday stress levels are lower than your avfurrage feline — Wrong!

With Christmas day inching closer with evfurry catnap, there is still so much left on my to-do list.

Fur starters, there’s oodles of wrapping to do and quite frankly, my little paws are getting tired furrom holding down the wrapping paper and batting bows around – especially when it’s Mom who’s in charge of wrapping gifts. She’s always ovfurr the top with ribbons and bows.

Furrther […]

My dad is furrom Iceland, and in Iceland they have 13 Santa Paws, or Yule Lads as they are sometimes called elsewhere in the world. Since I’m half Icelandic, the 13 Icelandic Santa Paws come all the way to America to visit me … and maybe Ellie if she’s been good.

Tradition in Iceland says that 13 days befurr Christmas, starting on the eve of December 12th, one by one, the Santa […]

O Christmas Tree

Well folks, the Christmas tree is up and might I say it looks purrfect!

I think Santa Paws will appurrove, too.

Ellie and I only helped a little bit with the decorating, though she was excited to put the balls on the tree (aka ornaments) and to play with Mom’s elf decorations. Silly Ellie, she thought they were babies. At least that kept her busy and out of Mom and Dad’s hair for most of the tree trimming. As usual, I was in and out of  boxes […]

Despite having to spend more time with the family than evfurr befurr, I want say thank you to my purrents fur putting a roof ovfurr my head, an abundance of blankies fur catnapping, toys to play with when I’m feline frisky, an endless amount of filtered fridge water and paw-ty mix fur days.
