WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO MEET STELLA + JOEY
OTIS JOE & ASHLEY JO

Our director of advertising, Ashley Kristjansson, is a self proclaimed crazy cat lady who once upon a time only had one cat. Luckily for Ashley, and the entire world, that one feline, Otis, used this platform to take us on many indoor kitty adventures and earned himself quite the fan following. Upgrading from one to two cats, Ashley would like to introduce her new furbabies, Stella and Joey, whom are now taking over the monthly Main Street Magazine pet web posts. Readers have been granted one of a kind access to the King and Queen of Ashley’s heart and all of their furbaby adventures. Won’t you join us?

THE CAT FEED: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Daylight Savings Dinner
You’re purrobably wondering why I’m wearing my sister’s scarf. The story goes like this: I’m far furrom a night owl like Mom. I’m one of those early birds. As soon as the sun starts to shine is when I wake up and start meowing fur the whole house to hear. In the words of my Great Grand-paw, “If I’m up, evfurryone’s up!” We’re a week-plus into daylight savings at this point and I’m all fur it staying this way. The family leaves an hour […]
Snow Day
Evfurryone else is talking about the weather and how much snow we got, so I might as well chime in. Evfurryone seems to be up in arms about all the snow old man winter brought us. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it’s still winter furriends. I’d say we have a good 16 inches here at the homestead. I’m furrevfurr grateful to be an indoor kitty, especially during times like these. I would get lost out there. One, because I’d […]
Congratulations On 60 Years!
It’s been 60 years (that’s ten human years) and a lot has happened both purrsonally and purrofessionally. Dad has built several houses furrom the ground up (that’s a lot of nails, Nailed It!), we moved into our furrever home, I became a big brother, had some dental work done (thank you again turkey God’s fur the teef I have left), enjoyed countless catnaps, and lived through a pandemic – just to name a few. Purrhaps one of the most monumental moments during these last […]
Feline Nostalgic
Birdie was gifted to me when I was a kitten by Mom and Dad. This beautiful red bird, with a bright yellow beak and feet, fluffy green feathers that repurresented its hair and tail, and a pop of white and blue on the wings, quickly became my most favfurrite toy of all time! Although Birdie is not embedded with catnap and was quite literally half my size, we had the best time together! I used to toss Birdie in the air with my teef only […]
